Abeka Customer Service Staff

Key responsibilities include keeping current with Abeka policies and procedures, providing digital support to Abeka customers, and effectively communicating with customers regarding shipment and billing. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are required.e

Previous customer service experience is preferred.
